The launcher installs the whole game (about 4 GB) and downloads every update automatically.

How to install

1. Create an empty folder that belongs to you, for example C:\Games\GFUnbound. Avoid Program Files: the launcher needs to write there without administrator rights.
2. Move GFLauncher.exe into that folder and start it.
3. Windows may say "Windows protected your PC": click More info → Run anyway (the launcher is not signed yet).
4. Wait for the download to finish, then press PLAY.
5. Next time, start the game from GFLauncher.exe: it only downloads what changed.

Problems?

If the game does not start or something looks wrong, open the launcher and press Repair files: it checks every file and downloads only the damaged ones.
